What if there is a different possibility with grief?
When a loved one dies or we experience any kind of loss, trauma or difficulty,
we can feel like a part of us has disappeared.
Whatever has happened in your life, I would love you to know that it is possible to have ease with living now and in the future, even with everything that is occurring and that has occurred.
I have always taken a totally different approach to dealing with grief and living with loss. The one ingredient that I do not use is significance about what is and what has occurred. It is not about re-hashing trauma or delving into the past.
I invite every person that works with me or reads my books to acknowledge what is and what has occurred without judgement, to see the gift they are in the world and to live as that gift.
What if the key to recovering from grief is rediscovering you?
